Originally initiated in 2020 by City Bank’s Customer Experience Team, the OEM platform required extensive modernization to meet evolving digital training demands. Swapnoloke responded by architecting a robust system with powerful new capabilities in exam lifecycle management, reporting intelligence, and HR integration.
Features:	Secure Access & Identity Control The system supports robust authentication (with JWT/Passport), role-based access (Super Admin, Admin, Viewer), and secure password recovery protocols. Profile dashboards are personalized with exam history, training data, and role information. User Management & Registration Self-service onboarding, admin approval workflows, and audit trails ensure efficient and secure user lifecycle tracking. The system also supports branch transfer requests and identity updates with real-time admin notifications. Staff Data Integration OEM synchronizes with external HRMIS databases and supports Excel/CSV uploads. It enables branch-wise and department-wise analytics and tracks resignations, leave status, and eligibility for exams. Comprehensive Exam Management Admins can create, schedule, assign, and manage exams using a flexible dashboard. OEM supports question uploads (MCQ, True/False, Descriptive), Excel import, manual scoring, and trend-based performance tracking. Study Materials & Question Bank A structured repository allows admins to upload course materials (PDF, PPT), assign them by department or role, and track usage.
